I earned my Registered Dietitian credentials in 2012 and have both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nutrition.  Endurance sports have been a way of life for me since 2007, when I tackled my very first triathlon – totally unprepared! I was an integral part of the Arizona endurance sports community for many years and then relocated to Montana in early 2022. I am passionate about working collaboratively with athletes to develop simple, effective fuel plans for ultimate performance, as well as offering Precision Hydration Sweat Testing.  Having experienced many nutrition-related issues early on in my triathlon career, I became dedicated to teaching others how to avoid these common pitfalls.

My greatest sporting achievements over the years have been 4 full Ironmans (including the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon), several 70.3 races, the 2024 Boston Marathon and a recent 50K ultra running event.  I have 3 very active kids, who keep me running around the clock (even when I’m not working out)!
